The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated NQ-3 years' qualified Private Client Solicitor to join our East Lancashire team. You’ll manage a varied caseload and work with clients locally and nationally, delivering tailored advice and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting wills and advising on estate planning
• Administering estates and handling probate matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Maintaining compliance with SRA and firm standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE)
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• A proactive and collaborative approach
